She was predeceased by: her parents, Pete Cossar and Evie Gatewood Cossar; her husband Bud Mayfield; her children, Patricia Jones, Debbie Mayfield, Donnie, Terry and Michael Mayfield; and her siblings, Virginia Doyle, Shirley Lowrance, W. C. and Billy Cossar.
She is survived by: her children, Susie Cook of Bolivar, Ronald Mayfield of Hornsby and Chris Mayfield (Nina) of Bolivar; and her sisters, Inez Baker of Bolivar and Mary King of Atlanta, GA. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Shackelford Funeral Directors - Bolivar (109 Mecklinburg Dr, Bolivar, TN 38008). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
