She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Pankey and Mattie B. Pankey; her daughter Delores Cross; and her siblings, Herbert Pankey, Mozelle Pankey and Mattie Lake.
She is survived by: her children, Willie Earl Woods, Jr. of Bolivar, Annell Richmond of Bolivar, Shirley Woods of Bolivar and Irene Bean (Pastor Benjamin) of Nashville; and her sisters, Vernelle Wymbs and Ann McTizic of Chicago, IL. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandson; and a host of special relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Jerome Boyd Chapel at Dixie Funeral Home (750 Bills St, Bolivar, TN 38008). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Campbell's Chapel MB Church (17545 TN-125, Bolivar, TN 38008).
