He is survived by: his wife Ann Ervin of Bolivar; his children, Steve Ervin of Bolivar and Donna Mayfield (Jerry) of Bolivar; his grandchildren, Bradley Mayfield, Ashley Henry and Becky Gomes; and his great grandchildren, Kimmrie Henry and Carson Gomes.
