He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Jay and Nettie Laverne Page Jones; and his siblings, Dale Kirby (John) and Darry Jones. He is survived by: his wife Annette Heidelberg Jones; his daughters, Alayne Phillips (Chris) and Wynter Elder (Jonathan); his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Christopher, Emma Phillips, Clara and Olivia Elder; his great grandchild Evelyn Ann Phillips; and his siblings, Vicki Zamata Rainey (Irvin, Jr.) of Henderson, Ricky Jones (Susan) of Henderson, Dawn Nance (Dan) of Medon and Jennifer Cronin (Brian) of Henderson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and in-laws.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Middlefork Road Baptist Church. A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
