She was predeceased by: her husband Gary Wiggins, Sr.; her daughter Natalie; and her mother Ruby Crum Smith. She is survived by: her son Gary Wiggins (Whitney) of Selmer; her grandsons, Matthew of Selmer and Luke Wiggins of Selmer; her father Billy Kelley, Sr. (Jackie); her siblings, Carol Malone (Michael) of Toone and Billy Kelley, Jr. of Toone; her cousins, Annette Simer, Tammy Rimer, Bubba, Timmy and Scotty Hooper; and her close friend Vicki Hedrick of Ashland, MS.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Shackelford Funeral Directors - Bolivar (109 Mecklinburg Dr, Bolivar, TN 38008). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at the Wiggins Family Cemetery.
