She was predeceased by: her husband Lloyd Ray Kirby; her parents, Frank Nelms and Fannie Nelms; her son Randall Ray Kirby; her daughter-in-law Lola Faye Kirby; and her siblings, Elizabeth, Martha Tillmon, William and James Neal Nelms.
She is survived by: her children, Franklin Kirby (Charley) of Toone and Peggy Kirby (Jeff Edwards) of Bolivar; her grandchildren, Melissa Mardis of Toone and Laverne Vandiver of Selmer; her brother Calvin Nelms of Texas; her grandchildren, Christy Murphy, Amber, Tyler, Zack Kirby and Hailey Roberts; and her great grandchildren, Abby Owen, Freida Murphy and Christopher Murphy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
