He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Humphrey and Erma Stewart Humphrey. He is survived by: his wife Amy Humphrey; his sons, Matthew Humphrey (Chloe), Justin Humphrey and Tucker Humphrey; his friend T. J. Minley; his sisters, Monica Tompkins (Mike) and Marcia Matthews (David); his nieces and nephews, Layla, Jed and Lenny; and also Gracelyn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
