He was predeceased by: his brother James Guinn. He is survived by: his wife Anna Leona Gouge Guinn; his children, Joe Guinn (Debra) of Elizabethton, Virginia "Jenny" Bradley (Sandy) of Elizabethton, Brenda Stamey (David) of Pennington Gap, VA, Janice Gentry (Earl Wayne) of Elizabethton and Ronnie Folk of Wisconsin; his brothers, Burchell Guinn of Friendship, TN and Junior Guinn (Judy) of Elizabethton; his grandchildren, Johnny Guinn, Nikki Bradley, Bryan Crabtree, Dusty Bradley and Joseph Forrester; his great grandchildren, Bryanna Crabtree, Sidney Crabtree, Savannah Hartgrove, Abigail Bradley, Wesley Guinn, Shaun Guinn and Jace Forrester; his niece Shannon Barron; and his children, Asya Miller and Bernice Deloach of Elizabethton.
