With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Vance Penley Davis (Bluff City, Tennessee), who passed away on October 24, 2022 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ila Davis (Plummer) of Virginia and Harry Clifton Davis; his wife Sarah Elizabeth Davis (Tester); his sons, Jeffrey Neil Davis, Gregory Litton Davis and Thadd Alan Davis; his sister-in-law Frankie Anne Tester; his granddaughter Caitlin; his great grandchild Aya; and his grandchildren, William, Darius, Nina and Izzy.
