He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend Emery Lewis and Edell Lewis; his grandson Riley Morris; his siblings, Jack Lewis, Lawrence Lewis and Alma Fritts; his sister-in-law Shirley Lewis; and his close friend Larry Gouge.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Lewis; his daughters, Gail Morris (Randy) and Ginger Hashbarger (Jeff); his siblings, Wayne Lewis, Ivan Lewis (Nancy) and Esther Smith (Jim); his siblings-in-law, Phyllis Lewis Chafin, Teresa Houser (Skip), Lawrence Fritts and Dwight Minton (Phyllis); and his grandson Liam Ryker.
