He was predeceased by: his parents, Garmon and Nettie Bumgarner Hart of Smyth County; and his brother Luther Hart. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Hart; his sons, Roy Hart Jr. (Tracey) of Blountville, Billy Hart (Suzanne) of Bluff City, Curtis Hart (Lynn) of Gray and Randy Hart (Sara) of Johnson City; his grandchildren, Austin Hart (Kinette) of Cusco, Peru, Jared Hart of Bluff City, Jordan Hart of Bluff City, Caleb Hart of Gray, Brianna Hart of Gray, Nathan Hart of Gray, Madelyn Hart of Johnson City and Olivia Hart of Johnson City; and his sisters, Shirley Powers and Barbara Pauley.
