He is survived by: his nephew Jeffrey Sage; his granddaughter Sierra Sage; his great grandchildren, Connor Johnson and Eli Trivett; and his siblings, Sam, Greg Sage, Lois Jenkins, Ann Goodman and Joan Rosenbalm. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
