She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Shipley and Sarah Blevins Shipley; and her husband Gerald Wayne Utsman. She is survived by: her daughters, Janet Salyer (Stefan) of Piney Flats and Nikki Jamerson (Jody) of Bluff City; and her grandchildren, Daniel Salyer (Brittany), Tabitha Salyer Boone (Daniel), Alesha Salyer Hamilton (Hunter), Colby Jamerson, Caleb Jamerson (Taylor) and Summer Jamerson.
The family respectfully requests that those attending the graveside service wear masks and that social distancing guidelines be observed at the graveside service.
