He is survived by: his significant other Patsy Tipton Lay; his children, David Lay (Linda), Kim Parsons (Steve) and Marty Gray (Mark); his siblings-in-law, Ruth Langford, Barbara Yankee and Danny Tipton (Kathy); his grandchildren, Brad Parsons, Lance Parsons (Tasha), Rebekah Hodges (Jason), Scott Parsons, Megan Mills (Kyle), Alex Lay (Whitney), Makenzie Dugan (Colin), Brad Barker (Kelly) and Ashley Barker; and his great grandchildren, Sydney Hodges, Savana Parsons, Trinity Parsons, Kelsey Rigoulot, Serenity Parsons, Nolan Moore, Jacob Hodges, Carter Hodges, Layton Hodges, Macey Barker, Ethan Barker, Brighton Mills and Wrenley Mills. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
