He is survived by: his father Earl Perry; his significant other Susan Mercado; his cousin Leah; his brothers, Robert Perry and Kip Perry (Elizabeth); his stepbrothers, Mark Davis and Joey Bowers; his niece Shelby Perry; his nephews, Hunter Perry (Ivy) and Heath Perry; his great-nieces, Jenna and Blakely Perry; his great-nephew Grayson Perry; his aunts and uncles, Faye Johnson, Joann Smith, Velma "Sissy" Hicks, Glennie Asher, Betty Rutherford, Arlen Perry, Terry Carr and Kenneth "Bud" Carr; his caregivers, Dr. Vivian, Ron Clark and Dr. Juanchichos Ventura; and also Mindy.
