It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Parker Sr. of Bluff City, Tennessee, who passed away on December 19, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gale Parker and Rubye Parker. He is survived by: his wife Judy Parker; his children, John David Parker, Jr. (AmieLee), Suzanne Flower Parker, James Edward Parker (Kristi) and Melissa Parker Haas; his grandchildren, James David Parker (Hannah), Noah Sutherland Parker, Natalie Carol McMurray, Aurora Parker-Holloway, Asha King (Michael), Hunter Parker (Heather), Bryan Hunley and Hayden Parker; his great grandchildren, Mavis McMurray and Noah Lane Parker; and his brother Bill Parker (Norma). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Homes - Kingsport (117 E Charlemont Ave, Kingsport, TN 37660). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home (117 E Charlemont Ave, Kingsport, TN 37660). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 24th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Oak Hill Memorial Park (800 Truxton Dr, Kingsport, TN 37660).
