He is survived by: his wife Terri; his children, Annette Crockett Smith (Kevin), Carol Crockett Dixon (Mike) and Jeffery Crockett; and his grandchildren, Neely R. Ring, Emery B. Ring, Katlin B. Crockett, Paige Crockett and Leighton Coffelt.
