It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jewell Lea Sigman Lyon of Bluff City, Tennessee, who passed away on November 21, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Sigman and Paralee Sigman; her husband Carl Lyon; her daughter Teresa Harrill (Brian); and her brother Lonnie Sigman.
She is survived by: her daughter Lucinda Cullop (Sterling) of Johnson City; her granddaughters, Ashley Powell (Adam) and Rebekah Buchanan (Wesley); her great grandchildren, Roan Powell, Rosemary Powell and Jackson Buchanan; and her sister Aileen Bulla (Jay). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to the Mission Ministry at Chinquapin Grove Baptist Church.
