He was predeceased by: his parent Taft Wilcox; and his siblings, John, Mary, Maxine, Bernice and Ola.
He is survived by: his parent Selma Warren Wilcox; his wife Priscilla Wright Wilcox; his daughter Shelia Rustin (John) of Tracy Barber; his grandchildren, Gavin (Meg), Olivia, Gage, Ashley, Brian "Joey" and Makaela; his siblings, Robert Wilcox, Della, Naomi, Carolyn and Eileen; and his sisters-in-law, Phyllis, June, Reba (John), Sue (Conley) and Lois (Roger). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
