He was predeceased by: his parent Robert Willis; his former wives, Betty Willis and Annie Willis; his son Kenny Willis; and his siblings, Irene Herron, Ray Willis and Glen Willis.
He is survived by: his parent Julie Bales Willis; his sons, Robbie Willis (Chloe) of Elizabethton, Sonny Willis (Lori) of Elizabethton and Lee Willis of Bluff City; his grandson Marty Willis (Nikki) of Johnson City; his great grandchildren, Kayden Willis of Elizabethton, Brayden Willis and Bailee Willis of Johnson City; and his brother Johnny Willis (Carolyn) of Fall Branch. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
