He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" and Margaret Robinson Wise; his wife Mary Elizabeth Thomas Wise; and his siblings, Dan Wise, Hazel Nelson and Dot Morrell.
He is survived by: his children, Patricia Jackson, Jackie Seats (Marvin), Edna Massengill (Dean), Bobby Wise, Jack Wade Wise and Randy Wise (Lisa). He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
