She was predeceased by: her parents, Christopher C. Harlow and Addie Stout Harlow; and her husband George Rutter. She is survived by: her children, George "Butch" Rutter (Kathy), Linda Baker (Hubert), Teresa Sproles (Lynn) and Nancy Humphrey (Robert); her grandchildren, Michael Rutter, Donny Rutter, Lisa Embree, Amy Swiney, Tracy Boyd, Kelly Carrier, Mark Ragan Jr., Joshua Estep and Matthew Estep; and her brother Clarence Harlow.
