He was predeceased by: his parents, Linsey Bright and Bonnie Bright; his wife Marjorie "Ruth" Bright; and his siblings, Cledith Bright Perrigan and Bill Bright.
He is survived by: his children, Teresa Keith (Gary), Rick Bright (Michelle) and Bruce Bright; his brother Marvin Bright; and his niece Brenda Bentley.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Oakley-Cook Funeral Home (2223 Volunteer Pkwy, Bristol, TN 37620). A reception will be held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 12:50 PM at the Mountain View Cemetery (2090 Valley Dr, Bristol, VA 24201). A burial will be held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
