He was predeceased by: his parents, John Franklin and Dorothy Mae Branch Fagan; and his siblings, Vernon, Donald, Gene Fagan and Sue Chess.
He is survived by: his children, Christie Fagan of Bluff City and Amy Heimbach of Bluff City; his grandson Joshua Heimbach; his siblings, Nancy Letterman (Ray), Johnny Fagan (Sarah), Stephen (Patty Fagan), Hank Fagan (Evelyn), Mike (Donna), Jerry Fagan (Teresa), Darrell Fagan (Kathy), Wayne Fagan (Lollie) and Roger Fagan; and the mother of his children Judy Fagan.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, everyone is required to wear a mask and practice social distances.
