She is survived by: her husband Rick Bradley; her children, David Wade, Jason Wade, April Wade and Amanda Wade; her grandchildren, Joshua Wade, Jaelyn Wade, Jacob Wade and Jordan Wade; her brothers, Don Holdway (Tina) and Danny Holdway; her stepchildren, Shannon Hann (Rich) and Rick Bradley, Jr.; and her stepgrandchildren, Ryker, Addyson, Reid and Tristen. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews along with many friends.
