With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bobby Wayne Ratliff of Bluff City, Tennessee, who passed away on May 7, 2023 at the age of 55. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandfather Mose Markham. He is survived by: his son Randall Wayne Ratliff (Cloe); his grandson Jebediah Wayne Ratliff; his mother Judy Ratliff Garreffa (Chester); his grandmother Virginia Ruth Markham; his brothers, Brian Ratliff (Lisa), Barry Ratliff (Vicki) and Michael Ratliff (Kim); and his close friend Laura Ratliff. He is also survived by four nephews; one niece; two great nephews and one great niece.
