It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bobby Joe Wheeler (Bluff City, Tennessee), born in Bristol, Tennessee, who passed away on September 11, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy "Dot" Leonard Wheeler; his stepfather George Wheeler; and his wife Gay Sharon Wheeler. He is survived by: his children, Chrystie Phipps and Travis Lyon; his grandchildren, Abigail Artrip and Andrew Phipps; his brother Larry Wheeler; his close friend Gary Vaught; and his pet Gracie.
