He is survived by: his wife Vita Dollarhide Weaver; his children, Michael Weaver (Karen) and Danielle Weaver; his granddaughters, Chloe Hicks and Rachel Brown; his great grandchild Landon Brown; his siblings, Gary Weaver (Lana), Jerry Weaver, Larry Weaver (Mildred) and Betty Fillers (Eddie); and also Darla Woodfin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
