He was predeceased by: his father Joe D. Minga; his brother-in-law David Shadeed; and his close friend Kyle Minor, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Norma Huffman Minga; his siblings, Donald, Phillip (Suzanne) and Ellen Shadeed (David); his children, Joseph (Ryan) and Madison Minga "Squirrel"; his nieces and nephews, Michaela Minga, Rachel Shadeed Keel (Tom), Michael Shadeed and Garrett Minga; and his great-nieces, Hannah, Kelsey and Megan Keel.
In lieu of flowers, Wes would prefer everyone to be a "good listener" instead.
