Verlan Ray Horne Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Verlan Ray Horne of Blountville, Tennessee, who passed away on October 9, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Horne and Lilly Horne (McCoy); and his former wife Joy Lee Cassell Horne. He is survived by: his wife Donna K. Horne; his children, Roy Horne (Carol) of Harpers Ferry, WV, Debbie Baker of Bristol, TN, Sarah Kilgore (Scott) and Teresa Gatzke of Monroe, MI; his grandchildren, Morgan Horne Croson (Ryan), Forrest Baker (Alana), Eric Hamilton (Tiffany), Marc Hamilton and Kayson Hamilton; and his close friend Wayne Woods. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
