She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Church and Lola Church; her children, Vicky Lynn Carter, Stephen and Micheal Lambert; her granddaughter Chelsea Nicole Lambert; and her siblings, Liza Hartsock, James Church and Millard Church.
She is survived by: her children, Kenny Lambert (Michelle), Russell Lambert (Barbra), Donna Lambert and Randy Lambert; her grandchildren, Haley Riner (Stephen), Elijah Lambert (Brianna), Kenny Lambert Jr., Matthew Mudge, Russell Lambert, Sherry Lambert, Joshua Carter and Jimmy Graybeal; and her great grandchildren, Finley Riner, Hudson Lambert, Collins Lambert and Victor Kelsey. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
