He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Puckett and Berta Puckett; and his daughter Kathryn Barnett. He is survived by: his wife Emma Puckett; his children, Christine Shaffer (Terry) and Randy Puckett (Amanda); his grandchildren, Jamie, Katie Shaffer, Billy Joe, Halley Shaffer, Austin, Lyndsey Puckett, Chantay, Gonzalo Shaffer, Michaela Reynolds, Caitlin and Nick Troxell; and his great grandchildren, Brandon, Kailey, Aria of Cason, J. J., Dixie, Chloe and Noah. He is also survived by several brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.
