With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rebecca J Hartley of Blountville, Tennessee, who passed away on March 15, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Howard and Dollie Mae Rosenbalm (Pendergrass); and her siblings, Dorothy Hinkle, Helen Cole, Edith Taylor, Jane Rouse, Shelby Baumgardner, Pauline Riffey, Jeanette Riffey, Charles Rosenbalm, Robert Rosenbalm and Eugene Rosenbalm, Jr..
She is survived by: her sister Becky; her husband R. B. Hartley; her children, Rick Hartley (Susan) and Sherry Morris (Beau); her grandchildren, Brittany Jones (Andrew), Brooke Musgrave (Nick), Brandon Tinman, Devon Hartley, Amber Poole (Adam), Ashleigh Hughes (Josh), Jordan Killebrew and Tegan Morris; and her brother Tommy Rosenbalm.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the East Lawn Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers the family is asking that donations be made to Key Street Pentecostal Church.
