With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Nancy Chatfield Moore (Blountville, Tennessee), born in Hoosick Falls, New York, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her husband Alan Moore; her daughter Patricia M. Chavous; her parents, Ruth Chatfield and George Chatfield; and her aunt Katrine Gleason.
She is survived by: her sons, Timothy A. Moore (Phyllis) and Thomas R. Moore; her son-in-law Austin E. Chavous; and her friends, Mary Castle, Kevin, Charlotte Barb and Geneva Taylor. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hamlett Dobson Funeral Home and Memorial Park (2630 TN-75, Blountville, TN 37617). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 1 Music Cir.
