He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret O'Dell Penley and Earl Penley; his wife Judy Young; and his sister Judy P. Pickering (Glenn). He is survived by: his brother Robert Penley (Peggy) of Suffolk; his daughters, Melissa Luckman (Don) of New York, Ashlee McNellis (Kevin) and Jennifer Penley (Bobby Willard) of Minnesota; and his granddaughters, Madelyn Luckman, Lillian Luckman and Natalie McNellis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
