With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mark Howard Blackburn of Blountville, Tennessee, born in Bristol, Tennessee, who passed away on January 20, 2021 at the age of 54. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brother Brian Eugene Blackburn. He is survived by: his parents, Louis Blackburn and Charlotte Blackburn; his sister Sheila Jones; his nephew Lucas Fleming; his niece Lacey Jones Waldron (Willie); and his great-nieces, Adleigh and Chloe Waldron.
