She was predeceased by: her mother Mamie Henry; and her siblings, Kyle Henry, Donald Henry, Bobby Henry, Carl Henry and Reva Henry.
She is survived by: her husband Charlie Johnson; her children, Greg Johnson, Alice Johnson and Cindy Smalling; her granddaughters, Anna and Sarah Smalling; and her siblings, Betty Jo Norris, Jerry Henry (Nancy) and E. B. Henry. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
