She was predeceased by: her parents, John R. Light and Della Carberry Light; her husband James Hickman (Jay); her siblings, Tinny Bell Cox, Velva Littleton, Liz Andis and Carson Light; and her granddaughter Brandi Hickman Daniels.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra McMurray Myers of Blountville, Tenn., Larry Hickman (Rebecca) of Kingsport, TN., Jerry Hickman (Marlene) of Kingsport and Mike Hickman (Kathy) of Cleveland; and her sisters-in-law, Emogene Light of Fall Branch, TN and Janice Hobbs of Hiltons. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren and 12 great-great-grandchildren.
