She was predeceased by: her parents, David Clark and Marilyn Guyette Clark. She is survived by: her husband Adam J. Horn; her children, Jacob Horn, Gabriel Horn, Makenna Horn and Abigail Horn; and her sisters, Kelli Clark (Sam Clark), Michelle Harvey (Michael Clark) and Marl Clark. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
