He is survived by: his parents, George Pickard and Sandra Pickard of Bluff City, TN; his brothers, Matthew Tinker (Amanda), Brian Tinker (Beth) and Preston Pickard; and his aunts and uncles, Debbie Garrett (Larry), Marsha Crawley (Murry), Marilee Lipthrott and Trish Frary (Dave). He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews; and his beloved 2 dogs.
