She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Reece and Nellie Mae Richardson Reece; her husband Jessie Howard Dugger; and her grandson David Dugger. She is survived by: her children, Nancy Dugger Daniels of Floyd, Virginia, Brenda Cox of Bristol, Linda Jaynes of Limestone, Tennessee, Jessie Dugger of Bluff City, Mark Dugger of Blountville and Danny Gentry of Bluff City, Tennessee.. She is also survived by Several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
