We are sad to announce that on February 5, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Billy Mowdy (Blountville, Tennessee), born in Kingsport, Tennessee. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Mowdy and Elsie Mowdy (Brown); and his siblings, Timothy Marvin Mowdy, Emma Lee Gross, Carolyn Mowdy, Marjorie Mowdy, Faye and Connie Mowdy.
He is survived by: his siblings, Kelvin Mowdy (Shelia), Danny Mowdy and Burdetta Edwards; and his nephews, Landon Camper, Terry, Dyllon, Zack Mowdy and Cooper McCoy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews; and other kids.
A graveside service was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Johnson Cemetery.
