She was predeceased by: her father Jake Booher; her husband Ted Lee Fowler; her brother Bob Booher; and her children, Penny Fowler Smith and Randall Dean Fowler.
She is survived by: her daughter Sandy Bethany (RW); her grandchildren, Elijah Bethany, Tai Herring (James) and Amanda Rupe; her great grandchildren, Nathanial Frazier, Andrew Herring and Alleysia Herring; her nieces, Teresa Booher and Betty Atkins; her nephew Bobby Booher; her pet Benjamin Buttons; her close friends, Mary Margaret Tolbert and Tina Goodyear; and her caregivers, Nikki, Makayla and Bradley Reider.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to a local animal shelter or to Island Road Evangelical Methodist Church.
