She is survived by: her husband Gary Medlin; her sons, Hunter and Grayson Osborne; her stepchildren, Matthew Medlin and Meghan Medlin; her parents, Jenny Reed and Brad Frye (Jane); her sister Rachel Cunningham; her grandmother Gertrude Frye; her aunt Ruby Gentry; her cousins, Melisa Morse, Nikki Addison and Phyllis Davis; and her close friends, Cherryl Cole, Kathy Ketron, Kaylie Joyner, Yorkies, Oliver and Olivia.
