He was predeceased by: his mother Martha Ann Loftis. He is survived by: his father Kenneth Edward Loftis of Bloomington Springs, TN; his sister Amanda Elliott-Edwards of Silver Point, TN; his nephews, William Elliott III and Kenneth Edwards; and his niece Annabelle Elliott.
