He is survived by: his children, Garrett Cleveland Lewis, Nathaniel Alexander Lewis and Alicia Mae Lewis (Jeff Hendricks); his grandchildren, Ava Mae Lewis, Johni Lynn Lewis and Rosemary Sueellen Lewis; his former wife Michelle Lewis; and his siblings, Vivian Swift, Theresa Hargis (Danny), Rebecca Swallows (Gary), Debbie McCrary (Eddie), Trisha Davenport, Virginia Stewart, Phillip Boronda (Debbie), Johnny Boronda and Calvin Boronda (Jamie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
