He was predeceased by: his parents, Hooper Maynard and Dorothy Frances Robinson Hammock; his brother Leamon; and his stepfather Bob Hammock. He is survived by: his wife Leslie Huddleston Maynard of Bloomington Springs; his children, Dillon Maynard (Rachel) of Gainesboro, Rachel Fields (Nathan) of Bloomington Springs and Katie Maynard of Bloomington Springs; his sisters, Nancy Goodeon (Scott) of Cookeville, Pam Holt of Cookeville, Judy Stephens (Gene) of Gainesboro and Debbie Akers (George) of Bloomington Springs; and his grandchildren, Hukson Ray Fields and Reed Hooper Maynard.
