He was predeceased by: his parents, William Oakley Fox and Mattie Fox (Billingsley); and his siblings, Aaron, Collie, Houston Fox, Mazola Anderson and Esteen Flatt.
He is survived by: his wife Clara Willene "Debbie" Fox (Bilbrey); his daughter Amy; his grandchildren, Zachary and Megan Hale Tucker; his great grandchild Emma; and his siblings, Truman (Willene Fox), Junior (Oradean Fox) and Evelyn. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
