He is survived by: his wife Edith Opal Mitchell of Bloomington Springs, TN; his sons, Tim Mitchell of Rickman, TN and Mike Mitchell of Cookeville, TN; his grandchildren, Amanda Mitchell Burton, Koby Mitchell and Lisa Bailey; and his siblings, Billy Mitchell of Bloomington Springs, TN, Toyetta Hensley of Bloomington Springs, TN and Sally Foster of Smyrna, TN.. He is also survived by 4 Great Grandchildren.
