He is survived by: his wife Arlene Collier of Bloomington Springs, TN; his children, Tonya Matlock (Rocky) of Cookeville, TN, Samantha Bush (Brent) of Grimsley, TN, Matt Carr of Cookeville, TN and Shane Johnson (Christy) of Cookeville, TN; his siblings, Jimmy Collier (Virginia) of Whitleyville, TN, Wanda Earnest (James) of Bloomington Springs, TN, Bonnie Meadows (Larry) of Gainesboro, TN and Elloise Keith of Bloomington Springs, TN; and his grandchildren, Savannah Fehrman (Houston), Kage Matlock, Breanna Bush (Andrew Taylor), Gracie Bush, Mattie Bush, Collier Bush, Tyler Johnson (Maddie) and Shely Johnson. He is also survived by Other aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and many friends.
